Registration is now live!
- Remember, we are at Wekiwa this event -- when you register, include the group you want to stay with, not your cabin number.
- If you are orange banded and use a mobility device and don't mind sharing a small cabin with people not in your usual group, please reach out to the registration team!
- If you have something planned that takes up space, let the registration team know so that there aren't issues with scheduling or space!
- If you use a CPAP, include that in your email! We are trying to limit the number of people with electronic medical equipment to no more than one or two per cabin!
Below you'll find some information about Wekiwa! We have not been to this site since 2020, and some things have changed.

- There is a refrigerated cooler in the dining hall that is open to all for use.
- Even if a burn ban is in effect, we can still use smokers and grills on the concrete and use the fire rings in each side of the site for food prep.
- Bring a cart to move your stuff from your car to your cabin. There is *no* ability to "drive up" to a cabin.
- When we were out there seasons three and four, people found battery operated fans that clipped to the beds to be useful.
- Bring a power bank for your phone. I'm pretty sure that lots of us do that anyway, as it's always good to have a backup, but the regular cabins only have two outlets.
- Direct quote from the park about cooking: "Some of our previous guests have found the refrigerators and sinks in the new Infirmary building and Tequesta Cabin, basin sinks outside of the Nature Hut and Euchee Cabin, Refrigerated Cooler in the Dining Hall, and the use of grills and crockpots to be helpful for food preparation and clean up."
- The site also has two fire pits -- I asked if we'll be able to use them given the current drought.
- Grills will be allowed on the concrete slab outside the Dining Hall.
- There is a Kitchenette in the Infirmary and the Garrison buildings that can be used. Please coordinate with Registration on when/how and availability, do not just assume you can waltz in and use it!
- The "Primitive" (aka standard) cabins have 2 single-level bunks to the left and right of the entrance. Across the back wall are a set of 4 bunk beds. Currently we plan on only using the bottom bunks, but the top bunks may come into play. (The sooner you register, the sooner we know!). There is a 4-gang outlet box located on the left wall and right wall. The distance between the bunks is estimated to be about 18 inches, so not a ton of floor space in between those bunks. Most people will be in these "rustic" cabins.
- Each cabin has a hardwired oscillating ceiling fan that move air pretty well.

If you are part of a large group (for instance Sudomir is Mors Kovak, Danislaav, Dragoslaav, Tyrannai, Drogoff, Grimwald, and at least one other, but they all stay in one cabin at Geneva), include the part you are with. For example:
- Player Name: Genie Francis
- Character name: Brett
- Main Cabin: Sudomir
will be put in a If She Fits She Sits Sudomirian cabin.
But
- Player Name: Patrick Swayze
- Character name: Orry
- Main Cabin: Mors Kovak
will be put with Mors Kovak.
