Production Announcements for Season 9

Hey again all,

One of the other changes that the production staff will be implementing (or more correctly will be enforcing) with this season is the pre-production line is an Express line. If you have ANY business other than taking the things from your envelope, or dropping tags and crown IN HAND into buckets to pay for made items; your envelope will be passed over to the regular production line so as to keep the express lane moving.

I know some people will feel that this is unfair because they now have to stand in 2 lines, but the intention is to make sure that all of the lines move as quickly as possible.

Hopefully everyone feels as though the production team has made great strides to speed up the process, please trust that this is just another step towards that goal.

If you are not a Season Pass holder or a Golden Ticket holder, you MUST pick up your pre-production IN PERSON.

That is to say, someone else MAY NOT pick up your pre-production.

If you are not in attendance your pre-production will NOT be handed to someone else.

If you are a Season Pass holder or a Golden Ticket holder, someone else may pick up your pre-production, as long as you indicate in your pre-production email the name of the person picking up for you.

Before I get a billion questions with every different scenario, situations outside of the above outlined will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you are going to be late to game, it is imperative that you inform Amanda as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements for you to still receive your pre-production.
