The words on the wind are MOOOOT!!!!!
From Elven culture comes the tradition of the Tavasta'combe' or Woodland Moot. This gathering of Rangers, Druids, and other Woodsfolk is a chance to not only celebrate the season, but also to give gifts, trade goods, host friendly competitions, and exchange knowledge. If you did not attend Festival, or somehow managed to make it past Kevin at Festival (stares at Staff), you will fill out a medical history form and sign your liability waiver at All Hallows, regardless of your anniversary date.
