This skill provides the effects of the 5th level hearth spell of the same name. When activating, the Cultist must state the verbal of the spell. “With the Flickering of the Hearth’s Flame I displace myself”

Cultists of Entropy may purchase this once every 30 levels (30, 60, 90).
