This skill allows the user to recover 10% (Based on total value) of the components from a completed recipe or ritual, minimum 1. This may not recover a Mythic grade component.

Metallurgy Society may purchase every 30 levels (30, 60, 90).

Herbal College may purchase every 40 Levels (40, and 80):

Metallurgy Society: 3 (Every 30 levels)
