This skill duplicates the effects of the 4th level Elemental spell of the same name. The user must cast the spell just as if he or she had the spell in memory. The verbal for this skill is: “I bring forth from the Elements a Fiery Blade”.

Sisters of the Phoenix may purchase this skill once every 20 levels (20, 40, 60, 80, 100).
