RP Prerequities: The character must have displayed a musical aptitude. The character needs to have been the victim of a charming type magic or effect successfully.
Charm, Friendship, and Calm spells can be made into 10 ft radius effects, determined at time of casting. The verbal for the spell must be sung to use this ability.
