The Vagabond may empower any one spell he or she can cast from memory (not item) to bypass all magical protections and spell barriers of a target which the Vagabond has an Informational Lore Skill in. The verbal is cast normally and then the “Pierce” tagline must be added to the spell. The pierce does not apply if it strikes a creature other than one the Vagabond has an Informational Lore skill in. Purchased every 25 Levels.
